Workshop on early brain development

WORTHINGTON — “Brain Development in Infancy & Early Childhood: Linking Basic Research to Assessment and Intervention” is the next professional development ConnectU workshop. The workshop is from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Aug. 25 at the Southwest Research and Outreach Center, Lamberton.
The workshop is intended for those who work with young children and their families. Topics include early brain development, infant/toddler assessment, latest advances in childhood brain research and intervention for deficits in early childhood.
