Assault in Worthington
WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department is investigating an assault that occurred in the early morning hours Saturday.
WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department is investigating an assault that occurred in the early morning hours Saturday.
According to Worthington Police Sgt. Bill Bolt, the incident was reported at 2:35 a.m. Saturday at Omaha and Dover streets. One person was transported to the Sanford Worthington Medical Center.
Bolt was unable to confirm the cause or the extent of the victim’s injuries.
No further information on the assault will be released until this morning, according to Bolt.
