Rita Anne Becker and John Newman Beitz were married July 23 in an out-door ceremony at Swan Lake, Pengilly, with the Rev. Dennis Becker officiating.

Becker is the daughter of Gene and Ilene Becker, Worthington.

Matron of honor was Connie Hoftyzer Kendall.

Best man was Dennis Becker. Ring bearer was Joseph Becker.

The reception was at Mr. Roberts, a restaurant on Swan Lake.

Following a wedding trip in Minnesota, they live in Arlington, Wash.
