NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the City Council of the City of Worthington, Minnesota, is considering the adoption of AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE PART OF A PLATTED PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT IN LOT 3, BLOCK 2, ORCHARD KNOLL ADDITION as follows:
The City Council of the City of Worthington, Does Ordain:
Section I.
The following described portion of the platted public utility easement in Lot 3, Block 2, Orchard Knoll Addition, City of Worthington, Nobles County, Minnesota, be vacated:
The west 3.00 feet of the east 6.00 feet of Lot 3, Block 2, Orchard Knoll Addition, City of Worthington, Nobles County, Minnesota.
which proposed ordinance was given its first reading at a Regular Meeting of the City Council held on Monday, September 12, 2011.
Said proposed ordinance will again be considered by the City Council at a Regular Meeting to be held on Monday, September 26, 2011 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 303 Ninth Street of said City.
