Roadway section closes today
WORTHINGTON — Douglas Avenue and East Avenue will be closed where the two streets come together to meet up with Minnesota 60 beginning today.
WORTHINGTON — Douglas Avenue and East Avenue will be closed where the two streets come together to meet up with Minnesota 60 beginning today.
Residents east of the closure will be able to travel east on East Avenue to meet up with the Minnesota 60 detour. Residents who live south of the closure can travel south on Douglas Avenue, and then head west or east on Nobles Street to get around the closure.
Weather permitting and construction proceeding as planned, this stretch of work should be completed and open to traffic by the middle or end of next week.
