Carlson-Kolar

Chandra Kolar and Dillon Carlson, both of Westbrook, announce their engagement.

Parents of the couple are Rocky and Karen Kolar, Westbrook, Kevin Carlson, Worthington, and Mary Carlson, Sioux City, Iowa.

Kolar is a 2004 graduate of Westbrook-Walnut Grove High School, 2002 graduate of St. Cloud Technical College with an associate’s degree in sales management and 2005 graduate of the Regency Beauty Institute with a cosmetology license. She owns and operates First Avenue Salon, Westbrook, and is also employed at the Westbrook Public Library.

Carlson is a 2004 graduate of Sioux Valley-Round Lake-Brewster High School. He is employed in maintenance at Minnesota West Community and Technical College, Worthington campus.

They plan a Jan. 14, 2012, wedding.
