Marshall and Luverne finish in a 2-2 tie

LUVERNE — Neither team was able to score in overtime to snap a 2-2 tie in Tuesday’s contest between Marshall and Luverne.
Makayla Sterrett and Lauren Christenson scored Luverne’s two goals, while Christenson and Ellen Dahl added assists.
Morgan Larsen and Lauren Hanson scored Marshall’s goals and Miranda Fischer had an assist.
Sierra Wagner was in goal for Marshall and had 33 saves. Kennedy Gonnerman had 13 saves for Luverne.
Luverne’s next game is Dec. 15 at Windom Area.
