Vanden Berg-Rabenberg

Susan Renee Rabenberg and John Kenneth Vanden Berg were married July 23 at Westminster Presbyterian Church, Sioux Falls, S.D., with the Rev. Val Putnam officiating.

Parents of the couple are Don and Marlene Rabenberg, rural Rushmore, Elaine Vanden Burg, Hills, and the late Ken Vanden Berg.

Matron of honor was Kathy Wieneke, Bridesmaids were Lisa Sasker, Linda Uithoven, Vicki Wilhelm, Samantha Wieneke and Lacey Sasker. Flower girl was Taylor Wieneke.

Best man was Lee Westphal. Groomsmen were Andrew Hoyme, Cory Meinerts, Kyle Van Ruler, Tucker Wieneke and Harrison Uithoven. Ring bearer was Layne Sasker.

The bride is a graduate of Adrian High School and has a doctorate of pharmacy degree from South Dakota State University. She is currently employed as a pharmacist at Sanford Children’s Hospital, Sioux Falls.

The groom is a graduate of Hills High School and has an automotive tech degree from Minnesota West College. He is currently a semi truck owner/operator hauling livestock for Ron Thier Trucking, Adrian.

They live in rural Hills.
