Raphael Klein, 96, of Worthington, died Saturday, Jan. 14, 2012, at Parkview Manor Nursing Home, Ellsworth.

Visitation will be from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary Catholic Church, Worthington.

The service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary Catholic Church, Worthington, with the Rev. James Callahan officiating. Burial will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery, Lismore.
