PREP BOYS' BASKETBALL ROUNDUP: H-LP throttles H-M-S 61-35

LAKE PARK, Iowa — Harris-Lake Park’s boys’ basketball team stayed perfect on the season, knocking off Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn 61-35 Monday and moving to 13-0 on the season.

LAKE PARK, Iowa — Harris-Lake Park’s boys’ basketball team stayed perfect on the season, knocking off Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn 61-35 Monday and moving to 13-0 on the season.

Eli Ihnen had 17 points and six rebounds, while Colin Brons added 15 points and Kade Heikens chipped in six points, four steals and four assists.

Matt Queck had eight points for H-M-S (4-9).

H-LP will host West Bend-Mallard today.

Windom 66, Adrian 61

ADRIAN — Lee Holt had 18 points and eight rebounds, Jake Holt had 19 points and seven rebounds and Collin Lovell had 10 points to lead Windom (11-3) in boys’ basketball action Monday.

Kyle Kilgore had 24 points and 16 rebounds, Brandon Weidert had 17 points, 10 rebounds, five assists and four blocks and Taylor Recker had 12 points to lead Adrian (5-6).

Fairmont 60, JCC 48

JACKSON — Jon Harmening led Jackson County Central (3-11) with 15 points and 12 rebounds Monday in boys’ basketball action.

Mitch Pfingsten had 19 points and Levi Becker had 16 points for Fairmont (11-2).

JCC will be on the road versus Luverne Friday.
