BREWSTER — The Minnesota State Patrol investigated a two-vehicle accident reported at 8:11 a.m. Monday at the intersection of Minnesota 60 and Nobles County 1. A 2007 Lincoln Navigator operated by David R. Dieter, 48, of Brewster, crossed Minnesota 60 and failed to yield to a 2010 Kia operated by Sherlyn K. Stewart, 43, of Heron Lake, with the front of the Kia striking the right center of the Lincoln. Stewart was treated for undisclosed injuries and released from a regional hospital. Dieter suffered no apparent injury.
WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department received a report at 6:44 p.m. Monday of an accident that had happened Monday morning at the intersection of Eighth Avenue and 12th Street.

RUSHMORE — The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office investigated a theft reported at 2:22 p.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of North Seney Avenue.
WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department cited an individual for driving after revocation at 3:28 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Miller Street and Burlington Avenue. The individual was also warned for centerline violation and failure to signal turn.
