HERON LAKE — The Minnesota State Patrol investigated a one-vehicle accident at 8:36 p.m. Tuesday on Minnesota 60 near Heron Lake. Robin Songkham, 24, of Brandon, S.D., was driving a 2009 Toyota Corolla that sustained severe damage when she overcorrected, went through the median, hit a sign and entered the westbound ditch. Songkham was treated for a minor injury at Sanford Hospital, Windom.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated an accident reported at 8:22 a.m. Wednesday from Wells Fargo Bank.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated a theft from a residence that occurred over the weekend reported at 4:07 p.m. Tuesday from the 300 block of 10th Avenue.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated a domestic assault reported at 3:07 a.m. Thursday from the 1500 block of North Spring Avenue.
