Feb. 15: Thomas William Cotterman, Pipestone, domestic assault
Rock County:
Feb. 13: Madeline Theresa Agnes Halfman, Luverne, driving while impaired, driving after revocation
Feb. 16: Timothy Keith Connell, driving while impaired (2), open bottle, drug paraphernalia, failure to stop at sign
Feb. 17: Gregory Wayne Crist, Luverne, collision with unattended vehicle
