MANKATO — AgStar Financial Services is hosting a series of home builder seminars to answer frequently asked questions about the process of building and financing a new home.
MANKATO — AgStar Financial Services is hosting a series of home builder seminars to answer frequently asked questions about the process of building and financing a new home. The various seminars will provide tools for attendees to make decisions on everything from home design to loan closing.
Home builder seminars cover topics such as selecting professionals to work with, working with contractors, selecting plans and specs and finding your property. Attendees will also learn about working with a title company and about the various lending programs and products AgStar has to offer.
The seminar will conclude with a question-and-answer session with AgStar experts.
Seminars are scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Worthington’s AgStar office, located at 1791 Diagonal Road, and from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Windom Community Center, 1750 Cottonwood Lake Drive.
