In the March 3-4 edition of the Daily Globe, one of the front-page articles was “County EM director dismissed.”
The articles notes that attempts to contact Nobles County Administrator Mel Ruppert were not possible because he was out of town until the 12th of March.
Would not those 10 days be a great opportunity to attend an in-depth sensitivity training course?
