PREP BOYS' AND GIRLS' GOLF: Fulda golfers shine at MCC

SLAYTON — Tessa Kramer earned medalist honors, shooting a 50 to help lead Fulda (213) to victory at the triangular between Murray County Central and Westbrook-Walnut Grove Tuesday in girls’ golf action at the Slayton Country Club.

SLAYTON — Tessa Kramer earned medalist honors, shooting a 50 to help lead Fulda (213) to victory at the triangular between Murray County Central and Westbrook-Walnut Grove Tuesday in girls’ golf action at the Slayton Country Club.

Sarah Strenge shot a 52, Madeline Westra shot a 54 and Brittany Leinen and Katie Reynolds each shot a 57 to help pace the Raiders.

Fulda’s boys’ golf team shot a 176 behind Mitch Baumhoefner’s 43, Todd Peterson’s 43, Austin Clarke’s 44 and Aaron Tiesler’s 46.

The Fulda boys’ golf team took second place in the triangular.

Both Raider teams will take on Red Rock Central as their next opponent.
