Voss is employed as a registered nurse in the surgical department at Avera McKennan Hospital, Sioux Falls, S.D.

Downey is employed as a nurse anesthetist at Avera McKennan Hospital, Sioux Falls.

They plan a June wedding in Okoboji, Iowa.
