AUDIO VISUAL SYSTEMS FOR BIOTECHNOLOGY ADVANCEMENT CENTER

The City of Worthington is now accepting quotes for the purchase and installation of the audio visual systems for its Biotechnology Advancement Center (BAC). Instructions for the preparation and submission of a quote are contained in the RFQ documentation that is available on the City’s web site (www.ci.worthington.mn.us) and at the Community Development Department in City Hall, 303 Ninth Street, Worthington, Minnesota, 56187.

A mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 9:00 A.M., Thursday, May 3, 2012 at the BAC, which is located at 1527 Prairie Drive, Worthington Minnesota, 56187.

Sealed quotes will be received at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Worthington, Minnesota, until 2:00 P.M. on Monday, May 14, 2012, at which time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of City Hall by City staff. The quotes will be considered publicly by the City Council at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, May 14, 2012 in the Council Chambers of City Hall, which is located at 303 Ninth Street, Worthington, Minnesota, 56187.

All quotes must be addressed to City Clerk, City of Worthington, PO Box 279, Worthington, Minnesota 56187, and must be endorsed thereon “BAC Audio Visual Quote”.
