Robyn Winter and Shawn Bell announce their engagement.
Parents of the couple are Lloyd and Mary Winter, Fulda, and David and Gail Bell, Sioux Falls, S.D.
Winter is a 2001 graduate of Fulda High School and a 2005 graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University, Marshall, with bachelor’s degree in sociology. She is an apprentice plumber at Howe Plumbing & Heating of Sioux Falls.
Bell is a 1998 graduate of Washington High School, Sioux Falls. He is employed as an HVAC technician at Baete-Forseth.
They plan a June 2 wedding in Fulda.
