Advertisement for Bids - Nobles County Government Center Energy Improvement Projects

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed bids for the remodeling of the Nobles County Government Center Energy Improvement Projects, Worthington, Minnesota, will be received by the County of Nobles until 2:00 p.m. C.D.T. June 12, 2012.

Bids must be delivered before the time and date indicated to Office of The County Administrator, Nobles County Government Center, 315 10th Street, Worthington, Minnesota where they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Single base bid will be received for all work.

All bids shall be in accordance with Bidding Documents prepared by Vetter Johnson Architects, Inc., 5101 Highway 55, Suite 2000, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55422.

To order plans or view the most current plan holders list, go to www.franzrepro.com. Plan deposit is $100.00 per set made payable to Nobles County, Minnesota. A separate non-refundable check made payable to Nobles County, Minnesota will be required for mailing fees in the amount of $25.00 per set. No partial sets of bidding documents will be issued. Plan deposit will be returned upon receipt of all bidding documents returned in usable condition within (20) days after the date bids have been received. Bids shall be accompanied by bid security in form of certified check or bid bond in the amount equal to 5% of the highest amount of the Bids as guarantee that the bidder will within 10 days after Notice of Award enter into Contract with Owner in accordance with terms of his Bids and these Bidding Documents.

Bid security shall be made payable to County of Nobles.

Bid security of two lowest Bidders will be retained until Contract has been awarded and executed, but not longer than 30 days.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities therein.
