I am writing about the In Town Apartments located on 10th Avenue, across from the Atrium. Welcome to downtown Worthington!

What a disgrace to downtown Worthington and to the residents that live there. Isn’t having cardboard in the windows a fire hazard? Screens are also ripped, so why are they not being replaced? This property looks terrible!

Homeowners and landlords in Worthington are expected to keep up their property and if it is not, the city sends someone to the door of the owner of the offending property informing them of what needs to be done. If the situation is not solved, a fine is issued.

Rumor has it that this property is being looked into. How long will the citizens of Worthington have to put up with this eyesore? It’s been over a year, if not longer.

Let’s take a little pride and get this property cleaned up and resolved.
