SIBLEY, Iowa – The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office investigated a car-deer accident reported at 11 p.m. Saturday on Iowa 60, south of 120th Street. A 2008 Ford Escape operated by Randall Hofstra, 49, of New Brighton, sustained approximately $3,000 in damages. No injuries were reported.
SIBLEY, Iowa – The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office investigated a car-deer accident reported at 2:55 a.m. Sunday on Iowa 60, north of 210th Street. A 2011 Chevrolet Traverse operated by Jose Lira, 48, of Worthington, sustained approximately $3,500 in damages. No injuries were reported.
WORTHINGTON – The Worthington Police Department investigated an accident reported at 7:53 p.m. Sunday in the Wal-Mart parking lot.
Ambulance
WORTHINGTON – The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 10:58 p.m. Sunday to Okabena Towers to transport a woman experiencing dizziness.
WORTHINGTON – The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 10:53 a.m. Monday to 1620 Clary St. for a woman who was feeling faint.
ADRIAN – The Adrian Ambulance and rescue squad were dispatched at 11:08 a.m. Monday to 108 Kentucky Ave. for a female in severe pain.
WORTHINGTON – The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 11:12 a.m. Monday to 819 10th St. for a woman having a heart attack.
WORTHINGTON – The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 11:16 a.m. Monday to 1440 Burlington Ave. for an individual who was having trouble breathing.
READING – The Worthington Ambulance, Wilmont Rescue Squad and Reading First Responders were dispatched at 12:55 p.m. Monday to Moser Avenue for an overdose.
Police
SIBLEY, Iowa – The Osecola County Sheriff’s Office arrested Matthew Molitor, 26, of Sibley on Sunday for allegedly operating while intoxicated-second offense. He was booked into Osceola County Jail on a $2,000 cash bond.
WORTHINGTON – The Worthington Police Department received a report at 9:36 a.m. Monday of the theft of an iPod from a vehicle by Lake Okabena.
WORTHINGTON – The Worthington Police Department investigated an assault reported at 1:33 p.m. Monday. The assault had occurred at JBS Monday morning.
WORTHINGTON – The Worthington Police Department received a report of harassment at 4:06 p.m. Monday from the 900 block of Diagonal Road.
