NOTICE
PROPOSED CITY ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the City Council of the City of Worthington, Minnesota, is considering the adoption of an ordinance entitled “AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO MEDIACOM MINNESOTA LLC PURSUANT TO TITLE XI, CHAPTER 114 TO CONSTRUCT, OPERATE, AND MAINTAIN A CABLE TELEVISION SYSTEM IN THE CITY OF WORTHINGTON; SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS ACCOMPANYING THE GRANT OF THE FRANCHISE”
which proposed ordinance was given its first reading at a Regular Meeting of the City Council held on Monday, May 14, 2012.
Said proposed ordinance will again be considered by the City Council at a Regular Meeting to be held on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 303 Ninth Street of said City.
