NOTICE

PROPOSED CITY ORDINANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the City Council of the City of Worthington, Minnesota, is considering the adoption of an ordinance entitled “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE XI, CHAPTER 114, SECTION 114.02 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF WORTHINGTON, NOBLES COUNTY, MINNESOTA - CABLE TELEVISION REGULATIONS - DEFINITIONS”

which proposed ordinance was given its first reading at a Regular Meeting of the City Council held on Monday, May 14, 2012.

Said proposed ordinance will again be considered by the City Council at a Regular Meeting to be held on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 303 Ninth Street of said City.
