Accidents

SLAYTON – The Minnesota State Patrol investigated a two-vehicle accident reported at 5:10 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of U.S. 59, Murray County 12 and Minnesota 30. A 2010 Ford Fusion operated by Glenn L. Curtis, 98, of Slayton, and a 1995 Chevrolet K15 operated by Greg J. Crowe, 46, of Slayton, collided. A total of five individuals were treated and released. Two individuals did not have their conditions documented, and another suffered no apparent injury.

WORTHINGTON – The Worthington Police Department investigated an accident reported at 7:02 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of 13th Street and Fifth Avenue. The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched to the scene and transported an adult female.

WORTHINGTON – The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a car-deer accident at 2:49 a.m. Sunday on Nobles County 25.

DUNDEE – The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a vehicle-power pole accident at 8:59 a.m. Monday.

Ambulance

WILMONT – The Worthington Ambulance and Wilmont Rescue Squad were dispatched at 5:46 a.m. Saturday to 304 Third Ave. to assist a female who had overdosed on medications.

RUSHMORE – The Worthington Ambulance and Rushmore Rescue Squad were dispatched at 11:17 a.m. Sunday to 28432 Lais Ave. for a male who was possibly having a diabetic reaction.

WORTHINGTON – The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 5:46 p.m. Sunday to Viking Terrace Apartments to assist a male with an unknown problem.

WORTHINGTON – The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 11:35 p.m. Sunday to 1745 N. Spring Ave. for an elderly male who was feeling ill.

Fire

BREWSTER – The Brewster Fire Department was dispatched at 7:43 p.m. to New Vision Co-op for a possible ammonia leak. All was found to be OK.

Police

WORTHINGTON – The Worthington Police Department arrested an individual for third-degree assault at 5:58 p.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of Liberty Drive.

WORTHINGTON – The Worthington Police Department investigated a possible break-in reported at 9:45 p.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of Sunset Road.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Police Department investigated a possible break-in reported at 2:30 p.m. Sunday from KFC.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Police Department arrested an adult male for second-degree assault at 7:02 p.m. Sunday at Sungold Heights Trailer Court.

WORTHINGTON – The Worthington Police Department cited an individual for no Minnesota driver’s license at 11:02 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Sherwood and Nobles streets.

WORTHINGTON – The Worthington Police Department cited an individual for driving after revocation at 3:07 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and 13th Street.
