I would like to commend the wonderful service I received from the GuidePoint Pharmacy in Worthington.

I was visiting my parents this past weekend and had inadvertently forgot my insulin pen at my home in Cologne.

Upon discovering this, my parents said, “Go see Jason or Mike at GuidePoint Pharmacy. I’m sure they will help you.”

They were correct. Mike Ahlers did a wonderful job of obtaining the information needed from my mail-order pharmacy to get me the insulin I needed, and the staff then took the extra steps to see that my insulin was covered by my health insurance carrier.

I hope the citizens of Worthington realize the great service GuidePoint Pharmacy provides and patronize them. They do go the extra mile to assist you, which in today’s world is not common practice.
