SUPERIOR, Iowa — The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office investigated an accident involving two motorcycles at 3:48 p.m. Tuesday near Swan Lake. Karl Palmquist, 47, of St. James, was driving a 1991 Harley Davidson and Earl Palmquist, 47, of St. James, was driving a 2010 Yamaha and failed to negotiate a curve near Swan Lake. Both bikes went off the roadway and collided with the ditch. Karl Palmquist sustained incapacitating injuries and was transported by ambulance to Lakes Regional Healthcare in Spirit Lake and was later airlifted to Avera McKennan Hospital, Sioux Falls, S.D. Earl Palmquist sustained possible injuries but refused transport at the scene.
BEAVER CREEK — The Minnesota State Patrol investigated a one-vehicle accident at 4:20 p.m. Wednesday on Interstate 90 at Rock County 4. Deborah E. Taubert, 77, of Beaver Creek, was driving a 2001 Dodge Caravan, which hit the south guardrail, crossed both lanes and struck the north guardrail, and then back across to hit the south guardrail for a second time. Taubert and two passengers, names unknown, were treated at Sanford Luverne Hospital and released. The van was a total loss.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday to Top Asian Food to assist a male having a seizure.
WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 7:26 p.m. Tuesday to the A&T Tap to assist a male who was passed out on the sidewalk.
WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 9:42 p.m. Tuesday to The Meadows, 1801 College Way.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department cited a driver for no Minnesota driver’s license and expired registration at 2:59 p.m. Tuesday at Third Avenue and Park Lane.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated the theft of a bird feeder reported at 5:45 a.m. Wednesday from the 1100 block of East Ninth Avenue.
WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated property damage reported at 6:12 a.m. Wednesday from the 1100 block of Eighth Avenue.
