NOTICE

PROPOSED CITY ORDINANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the City Council of the City of Worthington, Minnesota, is considering the adoption of an ordinance entitled “AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO MEDIACOM MINNESOTA LLC PURSUANT TO TITLE XI, CHAPTER 114 TO CONSTRUCT, OPERATE, AND MAINTAIN A CABLE TELEVISION SYSTEM IN THE CITY OF WORTHINGTON; SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS ACCOMPANYING THE GRANT OF THE FRANCHISE”

which proposed ordinance was given its second reading at a Regular Meeting of the City Council held on Tuesday, May 29, 2012.

All persons interested in these proceedings are hereby notified that the third reading will be given said proposed ordinance at the Council Chambers in the City Hall of said City on Monday, June 11, 2012, commencing at 7:00 o’clock p.m. of said day; and that, at said time and place, the City Council will hear any and all objections that there may be to said proposed ordinance.
