NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Minn. Stat. 116J.994 Subdivision 5, the City Council of the City of Worthington, Nobles County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 11, 2012, to consider the following:

The approval of a business subsidy to Lexington Hotel Development Group, LLC, in the form of a sale of 3 acres of real estate owned by the City for $1. The market value of the land is estimated at $150,000.

The public hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, at City Hall, 303 Ninth St., Worthington, Minnesota, at 7:00 PM on Monday, June 11, 2012. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Those unable to attend are invited to send written comments, prior to the hearings, to: Community Development Department, City of Worthington, P.O. Box 279, Worthington, Minnesota 56187.
