I read the letter by Bob Hansen, a law enforcement official, regarding the Osceola County sheriff primary. What does that say about his discretion? How do you diligently enforce the law as required by Iowa Code 331.765 when an obvious bias is expressed about citizens publically?

Help me figure out what this says about respect for the law and professional standards. Am I missing something?
