Amy Uilk, 91, of Pipestone, died Thursday, May 31, 2012, at the Good Samaritan Communities of Pipestone.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Pipestone.
The service will be 11 a.m. Monday at the church. Burial will be in Ihlen Cemetery, Ihlen.
Hartquist Funeral Home, Pipestone Chapel, is handling the arrangements.
