Accidents

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated a crash at 5:04 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Oxford Street and Nobles County 33. An individual was cited for no Minnesota driver’s license and a stop sign violation.

BEAVER CREEK — The Minnesota State Patrol responded to a one-vehicle crash at 4:20 p.m. Wednesday on I-90 eastbound at Rock County 4. Deborah Taubert, 77, of Beaver Creek, was driving a 2001 Dodge Caravan when she hit the south concrete guardrail, crossed both lanes and struck the north guardrail. The van came to rest on the south guardrail. She was treated and released. Two passengers in the van, ages 6 and 11, were also treated and released. Assisting at the scene were the Rock County Sheriff’s Office, the Beaver Creek Fire and Rescue and the Rock County ambulances.

Ambulance

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Ambulance was paged at 4:07 p.m. Wednesday to the Elks Lodge for a female with a possible heart attack. The patient was transported.

BREWSTER — The Brewster Rescue was paged at 11:13 a.m. Thursday to 1019 Third Ave., for a female who wasn’t feeling well.

Police

WORTHINGTON — Shopko apprehended a juvenile female shoplifter at 5:45 p.m. Wednesday.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of harassing communications at 7:09 p.m. Wednesday at Sanford Medical Clinic.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department cited an individual for an instruction permit violation and a stop sign violation at 7:37 p.m. on Thomas Avenue.

WILMONT — The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office investigated a report at 10 a.m. Thursday of damage to a mailbox in the 11700 block of Fellows Avenue.

ELLSWORTH — The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office investigated a report at 10:26 a.m. Thursday of vandalism to a vehicle at Domeyer Implement.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department cited an individual for no seatbelt and no Minnesota driver’s license at 11:01 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of 10th Avenue and McMillan Street.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department issued a warning for window tint and cited an individual for no Minnesota driver’s license at 11:22 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Oxford Street and Grand Avenue.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department received a report at 3:03 p.m. Thursday of property damage; a car was keyed.
