WORTHINGTON — The Minnesota State Patrol responded to a one-vehicle crash at 11:01 a.m. Saturday on Minnesota 60 near mile post 16.

HOLLAND — The Minnesota State Patrol responded to a two-vehicle crash at 3:05 p.m. Friday on Minnesota 23 and Pipestone County 16. Donald Moffitt, 92, of Pipestone, was driving a 2004 Buick Park Avenue northbound on Pipestone County 16 and pulled into the intersection when his vehicle was struck by a 2010 Honda CRV driven by Richard Sundheim, 63, of St. Cloud. Moffitt was treated and released. Sundheim received no apparent injury. A passenger in his vehicle, Nancy Sundheim, 53, of St. Cloud, also had no apparent injury.

WORTHINGTON — The Minnesota State Patrol responded to a one-vehicle crash at 11:01 a.m. Saturday on Minnesota 60 near mile post 16. Cody Malcolm, 18, of Heron Lake, was driving a 1996 Oldsmobile Ciera when he reportedly fell asleep, drifted off the road and hit a sign. Malcolm had minor injuries. Also responding to the scene was the Brewster Rescue and Worthington Ambulance.

WINDOM — The Minnesota State Patrol responded to a one-vehicle rollover at 1:15 p.m. Saturday on U.S. 71, four miles north of Minnesota 30. Involved was a 2008 Ford pickup pulling a homemade trailer with a 1971 Starcraft boat and motor. The truck was driven by Dale Meyer, 67, of Dow City, Iowa. Meyer reportedly fell asleep, overcorrected and rolled the pickup and trailer. All of the vehicles were totaled. Meyer, along with passengers Arnold Luetje, 67, of Westside, Iowa, and Paulette Luetje, 62, of Omaha, Neb., were treated and released.

DUNDEE — The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office investigated a minor crash at the entrance to Maka-Oicu Park at 4:10 p.m. Saturday.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department responded to a crash in the Ground Round parking lot at 10:46 p.m. Saturday.

BREWSTER — The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office investigated a report of a Chevy Blazer upside down in a ditch in the 38800 block of 210th Street. No one was in the vehicle.

Ambulance

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Ambulance was paged at 1:56 p.m. Saturday to 1620 Clary St. for a person having difficulty breathing.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Ambulance was paged at 8:41 p.m. Saturday to 1515 Darling Drive for an individual having difficulty breathing.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Ambulance was paged at 4:46 a.m. Sunday to Okabena Towers for a woman who fell and was bleeding.

BREWSTER — The Worthington Ambulance was paged at 10:11 a.m. Sunday to I-90, mile marker 48, for an individual with a diabetic issue.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated a break-in at the visitor’s Crow’s Nest at the high school football field at 12:58 p.m. Friday.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated a reported assault at 7:45 p.m. Friday in the 700 block of Eighth Avenue.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department warmed a female for dog at large and unlicensed animal at 9:02 p.m. Friday on Clement Street.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated the reported theft of a cell phone at 9:25 p.m. Friday at Sanford Worthington Medical Center.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department cited an individual for loud music and instructional permit violation at 6:39 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Lake and Tower streets.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department cited an individual for loud music and no Minnesota driver’s license at 7:01 p.m. Saturday at Lake Street and Seventh Avenue.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department cited an individual for no Minnesota driver’s license at 10:18 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Humiston Avenue and Miller Street.

WORTHINGTON — The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office cited an individual for no Minnesota driver’s license at 12:02 a.m. Sunday on Interstate 90 at mile marker 39.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department cited an individual for an instruction permit violation at 12:02 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Omaha Avenue and Miller Street.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated a hit and run at 10:06 a.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of Milton Avenue.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of slashed tires at 10:44 a.m. Sunday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of damage to a vehicle at 12:11 p.m. Sunday in the 1100 block of Sunset Road.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated an assault at 1:22 p.m. Sunday at Sanford Worthington Medical Center. The assault had occurred Saturday night.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated a hit and run at 1:34 p.m. Sunday at Holiday Inn Express.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of trespassing at 2:33 p.m. Sunday in the 1500 block of North Burlington Avenue.
