WORTHINGTON — Construction work on Collegeway is tentatively scheduled to begin today. Collegeway will be open to restricted local traffic.

Access to the YMCA and Minnesota West parking lot will only be available from Thompson Avenue. Collegeway from North Crailsheim Road (CSAH 10) to the middle of the Meadows west driveway will be closed to all traffic for about three days.

Storm sewer work from east of The Meadows to in front of 1280 Collegeway will reduce driving lane widths, shift their locations and cause brief interruptions.

As the Collegeway project progresses, the YMCA and Minnesota West will be accessed from North Crailsheim Road (CSAH 10).

Motorists are advised to reduce speed, watch for construction equipment and drive carefully in the construction work zone.

Weather permitting and construction proceeding as planned, normal Collegeway traffic from North Crailsheim Road (CSAH 10) to Thompson Avenue should be restored by mid- to late August.
