Volunteers sought for lake cleanup
WORTHINGTON — The Lake Okabena Improvement Association will have its annual lakeshore cleanup event Sunday. Volunteers are asked to meet at 1 p.m. behind the Beach Nook at Centennial Park.
WORTHINGTON — The Lake Okabena Improvement Association will have its annual lakeshore cleanup event Sunday. Volunteers are asked to meet at 1 p.m. behind the Beach Nook at Centennial Park. Maps, gloves and garbage bags will be provided.
Each volunteer will receive a T-shirt provided by Minnesota West Community and Technical College and a free meal from the lake association and Burger King.
