Frahm-Ossefoort

Chessa Ossefoort and Orrie Frahm announce their engagement.

Parents of the couple are Rae and Jim Frahm and Rick and Lynette Ossefoort, all of the Luverne area.

Ossefoort is a 2006 graduate of Luverne High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from St. Cloud State University and a master’s degree in business from Colorado Technical University. She is currently employed as the Missouri River Basin project coordinator in the Nobles County Soil and Water Conservation District, Worthington.

Frahm is a 2005 graduate of Luverne High School. He is pursuing a degree in finance from the University of South Dakota at the University Center, Sioux Falls, S.D., and is employed with the Minnesota National Guard.

They plan an Oct. 6 wedding in Luverne.
