Wintz-DeRuyter

Greg and LeeAnne DeRuyter, Okabena, and Brent and Charlene Wintz, Round Lake, announce the engagement of their children, Chelsea Lynne DeRuyter and Trevor Michael Wintz.

DeRuyter is a 2005 graduate of Sioux Valley-Round Lake-Brewster High School, and a 2009 graduate of the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and minor in biochemistry. She is currently pursuing chemistry and math education degrees at Southwest Minnesota State University and is employed at Merck Animal Health, Worthington.

Wintz is a 2005 graduate of Sioux Valley-Round Lake-Brewster High and 2009 graduate of South Dakota State University, Brookings, with a bachelor’s degree in agricultural and biosystems engineering. He is employed as a mechanical design engineer at Bedford Industries, Worthington.

They plan a Sept. 15 wedding at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Worthington.
