Proposed City Ordinance - Amend Title XV of City Code

NOTICE

PROPOSED CITY ORDINANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the City Council of the City of Worthington, Minnesota, is considering the adoption of an ordinance entitled “AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE XV OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF WORTHINGTON, NOBLES COUNTY, MINNESOTA.”

The City Council of the City of Worthington, do ordain:

SECTION I.

That Title XV of the City Code be amended by rezoning the following described property from “R-4” One Family Detached Residential Districts to Planned Unit Development (PUD)District #11.

All of Block 35, Plat of Worthington (Original Townsite), City of Worthington, Nobles County, Minnesota.

which proposed ordinance was given its second reading at a Regular Meeting of the City Council held on Monday, June 25, 2012.

All persons interested in these proceedings are hereby notified that the third reading will be given said proposed ordinance at the Council Chambers in the City Hall of said City on Monday, July 9, 2012, commencing at 7:00 o’clock p.m. of said day; and that, at said time and place, the City Council will hear any and all objections that there may be to said proposed ordinance.
