WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated an accident — a vehicle hitting a house — at 6:21 p.m. Tuesday in the 1900 block of Spruce Avenue.

ADRIAN — The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office investigated an accident with injuries at 4:48 p.m. Monday on the Adrian off ramp on Interstate 90. The Adrian Rescue Squad and Adrian Ambulance were dispatched to the scene.

ROCK RAPIDS, Iowa — The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office investigated a one-vehicle accident at 4 p.m. Tuesday on 140th Street. Coy P. Breen, 24, of San Antonio, Texas, was driving a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee and didn’t notice the vehicle in front of him was turning into a residential drive. He took evasive action and entered the south ditch, striking a mailbox. The Jeep sustained $3,000 in damages. Breen was cited for unsafe passing.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 5:08 p.m. Monday to Golden Horizons, 1790 College Way.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 8:24 p.m. Monday to Golden Horizons, 1790 College Way, to assist a woman who had fallen.

ROUND LAKE — The Round Lake Rescue Squad and Worthington Ambulance were dispatched at 4:08 p.m. Tuesday to 434 Margaret St. to assist a child having difficulty breathing.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 10:21 p.m. Tuesday to 1030 13th St. to assist a man experiencing abdominal pain.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 9:11 a.m. Wednesday to 1150 N. Crailsheim Drive to assist a person having a possible heart attack.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department arrested an adult female on a local warrant after a traffic stop at 5:10 p.m. Monday at Ryan’s Road and Ray Drive.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated insurance fraud reported at 5:22 p.m. Monday at the Law Enforcement Center.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department cited a driver for driving after cancellation at 3:42 p.m. Tuesday at 11th Street and Third Avenue.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department arrested an adult male for no Minnesota driver’s license at 6:20 p.m. Tuesday at Ray Drive and Humiston Avenue.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated an assault reported at 7:02 p.m. Tuesday from 11th Street and Seventh Avenue. An adult female was arrested for terroristic threats, fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

FULDA — The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office investigated an assault reported at 2:23 a.m. Wednesday from Maka Oicu Park.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated the theft of fishing tackle reported at 7:44 a.m. Wednesday from the 700 block of Pershing Boulevard.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of a deer wandering into a yard and dying at 9:11 a.m. Wednesday in the 1900 block of Dorothea Boulevard.
