Phillips-Teerink

Jenna Teerink and Josh Phillips, both of Pocahontas, Iowa, announce their engagement.

Parents of the couple are Roger and Cecilie Teerink, rural Worthington, and Craig and Pam Phillips, Pocahontas.

Teerink has a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern College and a master’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa in music education. She is employed as a teacher in the Pocahontas Area Community School district.

Phillips has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa and a master’s degree from the University of Missouri, Kansas City, in economics. He is employed at Iowa Central Community College, Fort Dodge, Iowa.

They plan an Aug. 4 wedding.
