WORTHINGTON — The Worthington police Department cited an individual for no Minnesota driver’s license at 7:22 p.m. Thursday at the corner of Oxford Street and Marine Avenue.

ADRIAN — The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of assault on Minnesota 91 at 9:12 p.m. Thursday.
