SIBLEY, Iowa – The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office arrested Christopher M. Renner, 22, of Sibley, for public intoxication Saturday following a complaint of an allegedly intoxicated person in a backyard. He was booked into Osceola County Jail on a $300 cash bond.
