SIBLEY, Iowa – The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office arrested James Richards, Sibley, for domestic assault. He was released on a recognizance bond with a protective order.
SIBLEY, Iowa – The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office arrested Matthew John Roberts, 18, of Mankato, on charges of alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into Osceola County Jail on a $1,300 cash bond and later released after posting bond. Additional charges are expected pending results from other collected evidence.
