Comment period opens on MN 60
MANKATO — People interested in the proposed improvements to Minnesota 60 in Cottonwood and Watonwan counties can review a copy of the Minnesota 60 St. James to Windom Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement beginning Monday.
MANKATO — People interested in the proposed improvements to Minnesota 60 in Cottonwood and Watonwan counties can review a copy of the Minnesota 60 St. James to Windom Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement beginning Monday.
The document will be available online at www.dot.state.mn.us/d7/projects/hwy60stjames or at the following locations: MnDOT/District 7 Windom Office, 180 S. Cottonwood County 26, Windom; the Windom Library, 904 Fourth Ave., Windom; the Mountain Lake Library, 1054 Fourth Ave., Mountain Lake; the St. James Library, 125 Fifth St. S., St. James; or the Watonwan County Library, Butterfield Branch, 111 Second St., Butterfield.
The proposed project includes construction of a four-lane highway section between St. James and Windom.
Comments on the FSFEIS document are being requested from individuals or agencies to which the proposed project may be of interest. The comment period will begin Monday and extend through Sept. 5.
