Cranston 50th anniversary
Merlyn and Maxine Cranston, Worthington, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Aug. 19 in the south shelter house at Cutty’s, Okoboji, Iowa.

They were married Aug. 12, 1962, in Graettinger, Iowa. They have three children, seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
