Rep. Rod Hamilton of Mountain Lake watches as Dan Greensweig says that Minnesota cities have concerns a Hamilton bill could increase governmental liability if youth athletes receive brain injuries during organized sports. Hamilton said the bill should ease legal liability.
Judge Bruce F. Gross is retiring after serving our communities and counties since 1978 as a city attorney, a county attorney and Chief Judge of the Fifth Judicial District Court.
This letter is to thank Judge Gross for serving our communities and counties in our court system. He has been the epitome of what we expect a judge to be — deliberative, direct and fair while respecting and representing the judicial and legal systems of our state.
Again, Judge Gross, thank you for your service and commitment and enjoy your retirement!
