WORTHINGTON – The Worthington Police Department investigated an accident reported at 6:29 p.m. Monday in the Cenex parking lot.

ROCK RAPIDS, Iowa – The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office investigated an accident reported at 9:14 p.m. Monday in the 1300 block of Harrison Avenue involving a motorcycle and three females on bicycles. All parties were traveling south on K52 when the motorcycle struck the female subjects from behind. Morgan Herda, 17, Mackenzie Lutmer, 15, and Tori Figge, 17, all of Rock Rapids, were transported to Sanford Rock Rapids. Herda and Lutmer were later transported to Sanford Medical Center, Sioux Falls, S.D. The driver of the motorcycle, Daryl Hasche, 54, of Rock Rapids, was also transported to Sanford Rock Rapids with minor injuries. Hasche’s 1985 Harley Davidson incurred $5,000 in damages.

WORTHINGTON – The Worthington Police Department investigated an accident reported at 4:16 p.m. Tuesday from Walmart.

SIBLEY, Iowa – The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jacob T. Kollasch, 25, of Sibley, at approximately 7:30 p.m. Saturday for allegedly being intoxicated in public. A seach warrant conducted at Kollasch’s resident resulted in subsequent charges resulted in additional charges of unlawful possession of prescription drugs and two counts of third-degree burglary. He is being held in Osceola County Jail on a $12,000 bond.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Police Department investigated threats reported at 4:59 p.m. Monday from the 1400 block of Knollwood Drive.

WORTHINGTON – The Worthington Police Department investigated a juvenile male on a warrant at 8:54 p.m. Monday in the 1000 block of Johnson Avenue.

WORTHINGTON – The Worthington Police Department investigated a case of fraud reported at 8:57 a.m. Tuesday from the 1100 block of Crailsheim Drive.

WORTHINGTON – The Worthington Police Department investigated a theft from a motor vehicle reported at 11:22 a.m. Tuesday from the 600 block of West Shore Drive.
