Melissa Tripp and Wesley Mellgren were married June 9 at East Union Lutheran Church, Carver, with the Rev. Thomas Stutelberg officiating.

Melissa Tripp and Wesley Mellgren were married June 9 at East Union Lutheran Church, Carver, with the Rev. Thomas Stutelberg officiating.

Parents of the couple are Dave and Roxanne Tripp, Worthington, and Allen and Nanette Mellgren, Carver.

Matron of honor was Meghan Willems. Bridesmaids were Kristin Janssen, Caitlin Furin, Amanda Hobbick, Angela Heikkila, Charlotte Sandeen and Jennifer Mellgren. Flower girls were Mellanie Heikkila and Rebecca Sandeen. Personal attendants were Miranda Tripp and April Furin.

Best man was Michael Bigaouette. Groomsmen were Ryan Witt, Daniel Worm, Cory Klein, Ben Mackendaz, Randy Hill, John Neimela, Tony Bartyzal, Timothy Carlson and Dennis Schuette. Ushers were Matthew Tripp and Bo Bui. Ring bearer was Tyler Calvin.

Music was provided by Katie Melton, vocalist.

The reception was at the Caribou Gun Club, Le Sueuer, with Kris Tripp and Virginia Furin hosting.

The bride is a 2003 graduate of Worthington High School and 2007 graduate of Mankato State University. She is employed in the human resources department at Stratasys, Eden Prairie.

The groom is a 2003 graduate of Belle Plaine High School and 2008 graduate of Mankato State University. He is employed as a sales representative for Sherwin Williams in the metro area.

They live in Belle Plaine.
