PROPOSED CITY ORDINANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the City Council of the City of Worthington, Minnesota, is considering the adoption of AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 93, SECTION 93.15 (K) PERTAINING TO RESTRICTIONS UPON THE USE OF ATHLETIC FIELDS AND ATHLETIC COURTS

which proposed ordinance was given its first reading at a Regular Meeting of the City Council held on Monday, August 27, 2012

Said proposed ordinance will again be considered by the City Council at a Regular Meeting to be held on Monday, September 10, 2012 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 303 Ninth Street of said City.
