PROPOSED CITY ORDINANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the City Council of the City of Worthington, Minnesota, is considering the adoption of AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 93, SECTION 93.15 (K) PERTAINING TO RESTRICTIONS UPON THE USE OF ATHLETIC FIELDS AND ATHLETIC COURTS

which proposed ordinance was given its second reading at a Regular Meeting of the City Council held on Monday, September 10, 2012

All persons interested in these proceedings are hereby notified that the third reading will be given said proposed ordinance at the Council Chambers in the City Hall of said City on Monday, September 24, 2012, commencing at 7:00 o’clock p.m. of said day; and that, at said time and place, the City Council will hear any and all objections that there may be to said proposed ordinance.
